Chef de Partie (West London)

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Chef De Partie to join our  focused team, who produces outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients. The role is based at one of our units in West London.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent craft skills, be flexible in their approach and able to work on their own initiative but also work great as part of a team . This is an exciting role where the focus is on preparing and serving fresh quirky food to a high standard

You will be a key part of a small team and support the Chef Manager in the day to day running of the kitchen, working front of house and be responsible for stock taking/ordering and looking after HACCAP.

Chef De Partie Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Corporate Catering or Luxury Hotel environment
  • Excellent people skills

  • Able to work on your own and be a great team player
  • A ‘Can do’ attitude
  • Staff must be eligible to work in the UK

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday; however a degree of flexibility will be required.
