We are looking to recruit a Hospitality Manager for one of our busy B&I sites in Cambridge. We are a contract caterer providing fresh, locally sourced food for up to 400 employees. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, be flexible in their approach and will be able to work as part of a team but also on their own initiative where required. This is an exciting role where the focus is on preparing and serving fresh food to a high standard. Key duties include, but are not limited to; Serving customers Operation of till systems Ordering stock Organising and managing front of house rotas Cashing up at the end of each day Some administrative duties You will also be responsible for driving the service standards front of house and must have a keen passion for great customer service. You should also be able to demonstrate that you are able to lead and motivate a large team. This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. A degree of flexibility is required to cater to the needs of the unit.
