We are currently recruiting a Hospitality Assistant for a client site in south west London. We are a contract catering company serving fresh food to a high standard to a busy conference centre in London. The site caters for up to 300 delegates on a daily basis, accommodating business breakfasts, working lunches, business dinners and various other hospitality events. We are looking for a dedicated, honest and reliable employee to join our friendly and hardworking team. We can offer good training and prospects within our small team for the right candidate. As our Hospitality Assistant you will: Have a minimum of one years experience working in a hospitality role and environment. Be highly organised and comfortable working in a high-pressured environment. Ensure you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety. Keep up standards of hygiene and ensure all areas are clean and tidy.. Have excellent customer service and social skills This role is based on 30 hours per week, with an additional 10 hours overtime available to cater to the needs of the unit. The hours are based on variable shifts, based around 7am to 6pm. A degree of flexibility is required to cater to the hospitality needs of the unit.
