Hospitality Assistants (Birmingham)

We have exciting opportunities for Hospitality & Events assistants for a large conference centre in Birmingham.

The role involves ensuring good food practise and presentation of food, keeping a tidy and hygienic work space, delivering excellent customer service to guests and maintaining high standards both front and back of house.

The ideal candidate will preferably have previous food and beverage experience, excellent customer care and social skills, be able to work using their own initiative and the ability to work as part of a team. Full training will be given but the ability to learn quickly and adapt to the environment is a must. You will work 5 out of 7 days, to include weekends, based on a 10- 20 hour casual contract and overtime may be available at request.

Catering experience preferred but not essential – previous work experience within a high pressure environment essential.
