We have an exciting opportunity for a Second Chef at one of our units in Loughborough. We are a contract catering company that provides a fresh food service for a staff restaurant; serving fresh food to a high standard. You will be assisting the Chef with preparation of fresh food and serving 5-100 people with a lunchtime service. Working within a small team, you will need to; -Have experience working in a similar role and environment. -Be organised and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment. -Ensure you follow the rules of Health and Safety. -Maintain standards of hygiene and ensure all areas are clean and tidy -Assist the Chef and Chef Manager with all food preparation and service This is permanent position, working 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week.
