An exciting opportunity has arisen to become our new Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef (nights) at our new site opening in October in Lincoln. We are a contract catering company that provide a fresh food service; serving fresh food to a high standard. We are looking to recruit a reliable, hardworking individual to join and head up a talented brigade, catering for up to 200 employees per day, offering an evening and night food service of a high street style. As our Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef you will; Be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen and the preparation and cooking of all dishes. Be responsible, dedicated and a strong leader with the ability to manage a brigade of talented chefs. Be able to train and develop your team supportively and professionally. Deliver consistent food standards following the Wilson Vale brand standards. Deliver fresh, seasonal and innovative food from around the world to the students. Be able to interact and engage the students with the food being served. This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5.30pm to 2am. A degree of flexibility is required to cater to the needs of the site.
