We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef at one of our units in Leamington Spa. We are a contract catering company that provides a fresh food service for a prestigious conference centre; serving fresh food to a high standard. Breakfast, approx 100-150, up to 300 lunch, up to 100 ala carte dinner, up to 200 private dinner, various buufets, bbq’s and working lunches. We seek a calm, influential and energetic chef to work alongside the Chef Manager. The successful Head Chef will demonstrate a genuine passion and desire to exceed expectation, deliver, modern, on trend and seasonal food the very highest standards whilst creating an outstanding dining experience for clients. Good standard of culinary expertise, confident IT skills, experience in managing and organising team daily required. Individual must be passionate about food, flexible in their approach and customer focused. You must be forward thinking, highly organised and able to manage mutable offering over the site at the same time and deliver last minute catering requests and changes. The ideal Head Chef must have a proven background in all areas stated. This is a permanent position, working 42.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7. Some weekends/evenings will be required.
