Bakealong with Chef Anthony
Our series of live Bakealongs over on our Instagram account continues with Anthony Milward, our chef manager at The Hub in Birmingham, taking over the account.
On Friday 29thMay at 2pm, Anthony will be making a fabulous gluten-free freakshake – a combination of a milkshake and a dessert.
Anthony has worked with us since 2010, starting out as an evening boarding school chef. He went on to become a relief manager before taking the helm as chef manager at one of our independent school contracts.
Although currently in hibernation from his current role, Anthony never stops experimenting and honing his craft skills at home. His is particularly passionate about gluten-free cooking as his 7-year-old son has Coeliac disease.
Anthony is looking forward to sharing how to make a delicious gluten-free freakshake with that real ‘wow’ factor.It’s simple and quick to make so all the family can get involved. We will be sharing the recipe in advance so keep an eye on our Twitter and Instagram accounts in the coming days.
