From the onset of the covid-19 outbreak, our business and indeed the wider industry has been through some incredibly challenging times. We could not be more grateful for the hard work and support we have had from our amazing teams and were saddened to lose great employees through redundancy due to the impact of Covid.
Throughout 2021 our primary focus as part of the recovery phase has been to help those employees get back to work. To kickstart this process, we created KIT Works, a dedicated online resource full of practical information and advice for past Wilson Vale employees. KIT Works gives access to CV workshops, interview coaching and signposts expert well-being support and financial advice. Exclusive early access to view and apply for new Wilson Vale roles is also provided through our new priority job search and alerts service.
There is little doubt that we could not have developed our business without the skills, passion, enthusiasm and dedication of our hard-working teams. We are committed to supporting and staying connected with those who lost their jobs as a result of the pandemic and are delighted to have already welcomed many back to the Wilson Vale team with over 40% re-employed since KIT Works launched.
