A Christmas Classic! This very simple but delicious dish… a must on the Christmas table!


500g Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
250g Caster or Muscovado Sugar
12tsp of port or wine
1tsp of ground mixed spice (optional)
4 Clementine’s juiced & zested
100g Redcurrant Jelly


1. Put Cranberries, port, sugar, and juice of clementine’s in to pan on a medium heat.

2. Cook for 5 minutes until bubbling then add mixed spice (optional), the redcurrant jelly and clementine zest

3. Then cook until cranberries soft and bust until a light syrupy, take of heat and let cool and jar up or serve warm as accompaniment.
