Well-being at Work

Oct 7, 2021

Wilson Vale are totally committed to supporting and helping all of our people when they are facing challenges or problems either at home or at work. We have joined forces with Hospitality Action to provide an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) with a help and advice line that provides independent, expert advice by phone, email and online live chat. Ensuring we have a support framework in place for our employees is fundamental to our well-being values.

It is important to us that support is accessible to every employee at Wilson Vale. Our EAP service is free to use from landlines or mobiles and there is a translation service for those who do not speak English as their first language. The Employee Assistance Programme is totally confidential and available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
