We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Rodney Payne as Managing Director of Wilson Vale.

Rodney joins the business following five years as Business Director for Aramark UK’s Workplace sector. He brings more than three decades of industry experience, a passion for nurturing strong hospitality cultures and a proven track record of operational excellence.

Rodney succeeds Melissa Wallbank, who will step down from her role in January 2027 to pursue new opportunities. Melissa’s leadership, dedication and commitment have helped shape Wilson Vale into the business it is today.
