Wilson Vale named finalist at the UK Green Business Awards 2026
We’re so excited to share that Wilson Vale was named a finalist in the Hospitality Firm of the Year category at the UK Green Business Awards 2026, one of just five organisations shortlisted!
While we didn’t take home the award on the night, being recognised alongside so many brilliant businesses working hard to make a real difference is something we’re incredibly proud of.
This recognition means a lot because sustainability is a huge part of who we are and how we work. Over the past few years, we’ve put real focus into shaping a clear, meaningful sustainability strategy, one that’s practical, measurable and built into everyday decision-making across the business. Looking back at everything we’ve achieved as part of the awards submission was a real proud moment for our team.
From renewable energy, electric vehicles and energy-efficient infrastructure, to surplus food redistribution, regenerative sourcing and working closely with suppliers to reduce carbon and water impact, we’re committed to making progress in the areas that matter most. As a Certified B Corporation, we’re proud to keep pushing ourselves to do business in a way that’s better for people and the planet.
We’re also incredibly lucky to work with brilliant teams, clients and suppliers who help make that progress possible every day, so this recognition is very much shared.
As James Murray, Editor-in-Chief of BusinessGreen, said, finalists should be “hugely proud” of their achievements and we really are!
A huge thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey so far, and congratulations to all of the other finalists. We were delighted to be in such good company.
