Ensuring we have a support framework in place for our employees is fundamental to our well-being values.
It is important to us that support is accessible to every employee at Wilson Vale. Our EAP service is free to use from landlines or mobiles and there is a translation service for those who do not speak English as their first language. The Employee Assistance Programme is totally confidential and available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
