Well that was a blast! 12 winners, 10 finalists, 2542 electric miles covered and too many smiles to count! The Wilson Vale Awards champion the creativity, drive and passion of the people that make our world go around.
We cooked up the perfect ingredients and served up a magnificent seven categories – Food Safety and Health & Safety; Innovation and Environment awards; Site Manager, Craft Works and Unsung Hero. What’s more, we wanted to do things differently when it came to handing out the trophies so it was out with the black-tie dinner and in with our Awards Roadshow, where we visited our lucky winners at their workplace to their surprise and delight.
Phil Hindmarch, MD, said: “At Wilson Vale, it’s the people and their incredible talent which makes us who we are, so it’s only right that we celebrate them.
David Anderson, MD, added: “After much debate over some incredible nominations it was such an honour to reveal our winners and see their faces when we dropped in to present them with a Wilson Vale Award!”
